    Summer School on 'European Integration and Energy Security'

    The Centre for European Studies of the Yerevan State University invites BA level and post-graduate students to apply for the second DESCnet Summer School on 'European Integration and Energy Security'. The school is open to participants from all countries of the Caucasus as well as to international students from the EU and beyond. It aims to examine interrelated processes of European Integration and Energy security issues in the South Caucasus, Russia and Turkey with a special emphasis on challenging geopolitical situation in the region.     Conference on 'Sharing Experiences from the Association to Horizon 2020'

    The Horizon 2020-funded project 'EaP PLUS' and the Academy of Sciences of Moldova are organising this event, which is dedicated to the EaP countries newly associated to Horizon 2020. 4 out of the 6 EaP countries are currently associated: Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia. For them it is important to exchange views and share experiences about the ways national authorities are organising themselves in order to take full advantage of the association.

    Black Sea Horizon H2020 Summer School on 'Social Sciences and Humanities'

    The main objective of the summer school is to support partnering opportunities, networking and a reinforced cooperation between EU-Member States/Associated Countries and non-EU Black Sea countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine) for joint Horizon 2020 applications.     Now open: ERA.Net RUS Plus Call 2017 for S&T Projects – apply until 4 July 2017!

    The call line 'Science & Technology' of the ERA.Net RUS Plus Call 2017 is now open! Researchers from Russia and Europe are invited to submit their ideas for a joint research project in the fields of nanotechnology, health, environment/climate change, humanities/social sciences, or robotics. A call for proposals for Russian-European innovation projects will follow in summer 2017. The new calls follow the huge success of a similar support measure implemented in 2014-2016 that resulted in 18 funded 'Innovation' and 45 funded 'Science & Technology' projects.
